Welcome to St. Jude Regional Catholic School!

The following is information pertaining to the upcoming school year, 2024-2025. All forms have instructions and due dates. You can upload them to your TADS account or bring them to the Main Office. Remember TADS enrollment and tuition accounts are separate but linked. After July 1st you can set up your tuition agreement, which you will receive in an email. The 2024-2025 school year will begin on Tuesday, August 27, 2024. School starts at 8:20A.M. The children (Grades K-8) line-up on the main playground for the Star-Spangled Banner and the Pledge of Allegiance. Pre-K families should arrive at 8:30A.M., but no later than 8:45A.M, and line up in the Pre-K outside of your classroom door, ready to sign into class. Normal dismissal time for K-8 is 3:00P.M., and normal dismissal for Pre-K is 2:45P.M. During the first week, dismissals are at 12:00P.M. for Pre-K and Kindergarten only. Pre-K will have 11:45 A.M. and Kindergarten will have 12:00P.M. dismissal for the first week. 1st grade – 8th grade dismissal for the first week and the entire year is 3:00P.M. The first week of school PreK-K have early dismissal everyday without daycare. PreK dismissal is 11:45 and K is 12:00. The first day of school all grades have early dismissal, K-8 12:00. ( the school calendar that parents see is wrong. The calendar that I created and teachers can see is correct. This is concerning ) 1st-8th grade have normal days Wednesday and Thursday and then that Friday a 12:00 dismissal with no aftercare. 

Included in this packet are the instructions on how to sign up for TADS tuition Agreement. There is no cost to you. If you do not sign up by July 31st you will be billed for full tuition in July.

All our students in Grades Pre-K - 8 wear a school uniform, including shoes. Pre- K can wear any shoe which is appropriate for school. Grades K – 8 are required to wear either the Sperry Sahara or the Dirty Buc. It is suggested that you contact one of the following suppliers to order your uniforms at least two months prior to the start of school. Some items, such as gray pants can be purchased at Sears, Penny’s, Famous Footwear.

Please return all forms included in this packet to the office by July 8, 2024. The school office will be open through the end of June. Summer hours will be from 9:00A.M – 1:00P.M. Monday through Thursday. The school will be closed the last 2 weeks in July, July 16th – July 31th. You can also leave an email at Jeanne.donatelli@stjuderockville.org.

Summer hours for the main office will begin June 18th 9-12 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. The School office will be closed July 15th-July 29th . 

Student Orientations will be scheduled in August. You will be notified of those dates.
